2. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Request Process

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos of the product and packaging via email or WhatsApp.
  • After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product used or tampered with.
  • Return request made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivity (patch test is recommended before use).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution or replacement.
